PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR IPS PADA MATERI JENIS PEKERJAAN DAN PENGGUNAAN UANG MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KONTEKSTUAL PADA SISWA KELAS III SD NEGERI 02 KOTO TUO KECAMATAN HARAU

Abstract


The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of social studies subjects on the
type of work and the use of money through the implementation of contextual learning model in the
third grade students of SD Negeri 02 Koto Tuo lesson year 2015/2016. This form of research is a
classroom action research (PTK). This research was conducted in class III SD Negeri 02 Koto Tuo
with 20 students, 11 male students, 9 female students. Data collection using test techniques to
determine the improvement of IPS learning outcomes and observation techniques to see the learning
activities by teachers and students. The results showed that the average of the students' learning
outcomes from the basic score of 65.25 increased to 72.25 in cycle I with the increase from the
basic score to the daily repeat I of 10.73%. In the second cycle again increased the average
learning outcomes to 81.25 in Daily Deuteronomy 2, the increase from the baseline score to the
daily test II of 24.52%. While for teacher activity in first cycle of first meeting 56.25%, the
second meeting increased to 75%. In the second cycle of the third meeting 81.25%, the fourth
meeting increased to 93.75%. First cycle activity I first meeting was 56.25% and the second meeting
was 68.75%. In the second cycle of the third meeting 81.25% and the fourth meeting increased to
87.5%.
